Detailed Description of Goods and Services

Livingwellness is a food company dealing in natural food products. The company also operates an online store.

Agreement of Sale

An agreement of sale between Livingwellness and a customer is only valid once the company receives proof of payment (POP). Livingwellness remains the legal owner products until POP received.

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, Livingwellness will process orders as soon as possible, but within three working days.

A delay in the delivery does not constitute grounds for a refund or return of goods.

Livingwellness, and the customer, agree that delivery of the package is successful once a natural person has signed at the given address.

Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Livingwellness is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Livingwellness will be in contact with you. We will provide alternative options.

Cancellation:

  • Customers can cancel any time before you have made payment.
  • Once payment has been made, an order can only be cancelled if they product has not shipped.

Damaged products:

If (we hope never) you receive damaged or defective goods, please let us know within one working day. Livingwellness will be in contact to send a replacement or refund your account.

Satisfaction guarantee:

We hope you are as thrilled with the product as we are!

If you have any dissatisfaction – we hope never – but please be in contact within 7 days. We will try our utmost to resolve any dissatisfaction expediently.

If the product has been opened and used, a thorough investigation will be done as to the reason for dissatisfaction. If the product is unopened, we will arrange a refund or replace the product.

If the product needs to be returned, the return shipping cost will be for the customer account.

Customer Privacy Policy

Livingwellness values the trust our customers place in us keeping their personal information safe.

All information will be handled an accordance with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI)

  • Checkout will be outsourced to PayFast (hyperlink https://www.payfast.co.za/).
  • All transactions will be handled in South African Rand (ZAR)

Reset Diet ™

The Reset Diet consists of a five-day pre-packaged diet. One large box will include six smaller boxes that provide all food for the five days and the required supplements, the only add-on needed is clean water. The diet will mimic the effects of fasting, without the nasty side-effects. Upon opening your daily box, you will be guided by a Reset Diet menu with clear instructions on using this.
